外观设置

在控制台 → 组件 → 外观选项卡中配置。

设置项	类型	描述
主题色	`hex`	按钮和强调元素的品牌颜色
位置	`bottom-right \| bottom-left`	组件在屏幕上的显示位置
主题	`light \| dark \| auto`	配色方案（自动跟随系统）
启动器图标	`chat \| message \| help \| ai`	启动按钮上显示的图标
欢迎语	`string`	打开聊天时显示的欢迎消息
占位文本	`string`	输入框的占位提示文本

行为设置

置信度阈值

控制AI在置信度较低时何时拒绝回答。

值	行为
`0.3`	宽松 - 回答更多问题，准确性可能较低
`0.5`	均衡 - 适合大多数场景的默认值
`0.7+`	严格 - 仅在高度确信时才回答

拒绝回答消息

当AI没有足够信息回答时显示的消息。
