ウィジェットの外観、動作、AIの性格をカスタマイズできます。

外観設定

ダッシュボード → ウィジェット → 外観タブで設定します。

設定項目	タイプ	説明
プライマリカラー	`hex`	ボタンやアクセントのブランドカラー
表示位置	`bottom-right \| bottom-left`	ウィジェットが画面上に表示される位置
テーマ	`light \| dark \| auto`	カラースキーム（自動でシステムに追従）
ランチャーアイコン	`chat \| message \| help \| ai`	ランチャーボタンに表示されるアイコン
挨拶メッセージ	`string`	チャットを開いた時のウェルカムメッセージ
プレースホルダー	`string`	入力フィールドのプレースホルダーテキスト

動作設定

信頼度しきい値

信頼度が低い場合にAIが回答を拒否するタイミングを制御します。

値	動作
`0.3`	寛容 - より多くの質問に回答しますが、精度が低くなる場合があります
`0.5`	バランス - ほとんどのユースケースに適したデフォルト設定
`0.7+`	厳格 - 高い信頼度がある場合のみ回答します

回答拒否メッセージ

AIが回答に十分な情報を持っていない場合に表示されます。

許可ドメイン

ウィジェットを埋め込めるドメインを制限します。空のままにするとすべてのドメインが許可されます。
