외관 설정

대시보드 → 위젯 → 외관 탭에서 설정합니다.

설정 항목	타입	설명
기본 색상	`hex`	버튼과 강조에 사용되는 브랜드 색상
위치	`bottom-right \| bottom-left`	위젯이 화면에 표시되는 위치
테마	`light \| dark \| auto`	색상 구성 (자동으로 시스템 설정 따름)
런처 아이콘	`chat \| message \| help \| ai`	런처 버튼에 표시되는 아이콘
인사 메시지	`string`	채팅을 열 때 표시되는 환영 메시지

동작 설정

신뢰도 임계값

신뢰도가 낮을 때 AI가 답변을 거부하는 시점을 제어합니다.

값	동작
`0.3`	관대 - 더 많은 질문에 답변하지만 정확도가 낮을 수 있음
`0.5`	균형 - 대부분의 사용 사례에 적합한 기본 설정
`0.7+`	엄격 - 높은 신뢰도가 있을 때만 답변

답변 거부 메시지

AI가 답변에 충분한 정보가 없을 때 표시됩니다.
