Can I use Claude or GPT-4 as the AI model?

What happens when the AI can't answer?
It tells the user honestly and shows an escalation form. You get the full conversation context via email so you can respond without asking the user to repeat themselves. The question is also logged as a knowledge gap.
Can I customize the widget to match my brand?
